OKI printers are manufactured to the highest standards of quality and technology, which is why we are offering an extension to the standard 1 year warranty period to 3 years – absolutely free!* Simply register your product within 30 days of purchase to benefit from our free 3 year on-site, or return to base warranty.
Free 3 Year Warranty
All OKI colour and mono printers, multifunction printers, dot matrix printers and faxes EXCLUDING those listed below, are eligible for the free 3 year on-site warranty.
From 1st May 2012, the following products are eligible for the free 3 year return to base warranty: B401, C110, C130, C301, C321, MB260, MB280, MB290, MB441, MB451/MB451w, MC160, MC332dn, MC342dn, MC342dnw, ML1120, ML1190 and OKIFAX 170.
*Please note the following exceptions and conditions:
- B2200s are only eligible for a 1 year return to base warranty
- Executive Series (ES) products are NOT eligible for the 3 year warranty. Please contact your Executive Series supplier for further information.
- MX Line Printers are not eligible for the 3 year warranty but have a 1 year on-site warranty.
Please note that the free 3 year warranty only applies if the product has been registered online within 30 days of purchase. Without registration, the standard 1 year warranty period applies. The warranty extension becomes invalid if non-OKI Original consumables are being used.
Should you experience a problem with your OKI product, simply contact our technical support team ensuring that you have the model and serial number of the printer to hand. If we cannot resolve the problem over the phone, we will either arrange for a service engineer to make an on-site visit to you to resolve the problem or arrange for the product to be returned to us.

Products purchased in mainland UK and then subsequently shipped to the Channel Islands, British & Scottish Isles or the Isle of Man, may be required to be shipped back to mainland UK for service.
Products which are purchased in the UK but which are subsequently taken abroad will be subject to the warranty support offered by the country in which the product resides. Please contact the OKI office in the appropriate country for more information.
All products carry a warranty of 1 year from the date of purchase by the Customer unless the product in question is a consumable item, product accessory or spare part, in which case the warranty period is 3 months from date of purchase.
Warranty begins on the date of purchase by the Customer. The Customer is responsible for maintaining proof of the date of purchase, and providing this on request.
