OKI Consumables Returns Programme

OKI Printing Solutions offers a free used consumable returns process to all customers across EMEA, irrespective of their location or the volume of consumables used. Our returns programme helps to reduce waste to landfill by recycling the materials used in consumable items. Currently, OKI Printing Solutions is recycling 97% of materials returned through this scheme.
There are two options for returning used consumables to us, dependent on the type of consumable and volume:
OPTION 1 - LOW VOLUMES OF TONER CARTRIDGES FROM OKI COLOUR PRINTERS AND COLOUR MFPs ONLY
For small quantities of toner cartridges from OKI colour printers and MFPs, we offer a ‘free post’ method where items can be returned via the postal service. For all other requirements please refer to option 2 below.
Please follow the instructions below on how to use the returns bag supplied with your new Original Consumable(s):

1. Remove the used toner cartridge(s) and place in the returns bag(s) provided with your new cartridge(s) and seal the bag(s) with the self-sealing strip.
2. Place the used cartridge(s) in the returns bag(s) supplied, then place the bag(s) into the box the new cartridge(s) came in, and tape closed. If you have more than one cartridge, or a rainbow pack of toners, please return them as one package by either taping the boxes together securely, or placing them inside another box and affix the returns label to this outer box. Alternatively, consider requesting one of the collection boxes as covered in Option 2 below.
3. There are two different pre-paid returns labels, depending on what you are returning. Please click on the link below and complete the required details so that we can provide you with the correct label.
PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU ARE PROVIDED WITH A LABEL ADDRESSED TO THE NETHERLANDS THIS IS CORRECT.
In these cases you are simply using our most efficient service dependant on the model and number of toners you are returning.

OPTION 2 - MEDIUM TO HIGH VOLUMES OF TONER CARTRIDGES FROM OKI COLOUR PRINTERS AND MFPs AND ANY OTHER CONSUMABLE ITEMS
For medium to high volumes of toner cartridges from OKI colour printers and MFPs, we can provide special recycling bins which can be placed at strategic points around your premises, which are collected free of charge when full.
