Free 3 Year On-Site Warranty on ALL OKI Products:

Simply register your product within 30 days of purchase* – and you’ll get it all inclusive: next day service on-site including travel time, labour costs and parts - saving you time, trouble and a lot of money and giving you full transparency of all your service costs.
*Please note that the free 3 year warranty only applies if the product has been registered online within 30 days of purchase. Without registration, the standard 1 year warranty period applies. The warranty extension becomes invalid if non-OKI Original consumables are being used.
Should you experience a problem with your OKI product, simply call our technical support team on 01753 819 800 ensuring that you have the model and serial number of the machine to hand. If we cannot resolve the problem over the phone, we will arrange for a service engineer to make an on-site visit to you to resolve the problem.

Please note that if your product is also associated with an OKI promotion, registering your product for the extended warranty will NOT automatically register your claim for the promotion. To claim for an OKI promotion, you need to complete the official claim form and submit it to OKI Printing Solutions with proof of purchase within 30 days of purchase.
